Part 11- Non alcoholic edition – Brlo Naked

To start with, I do like the looks of this one, the clean, faded look of the label is stop on, it’s modern and no fuss and the little detail of the gloss brand text is just a lovely little it be clever detail that is impressive.

This >0.5% pale ale has the makings of a great beer with it design and presentation.  Its also worth saying that the webpage keeps this sleek modern fashion-conscious design and layouts is nice and more in keeping with the brands identity.

Not sure if I am becoming use to pale ales now but this was decent. I found the crisp flavours from this pale ale refreshing and enjoyable. You wouldn’t be able to tell anyone that this wasn’t a low or zero percent beer and that is impressive as the taste was exactly what you’d want for a ‘real’ pale ale.

Brlo is the old Slavonic origin of the name of Berlin, meaning marshland. The brewery of the same name was founded in Berlin in 2014. The founders of Brlo are Katharina Kurz, Christian Laase and Michael Lembke, and their first beers were a Helles and a pale ale.

This bottle was set free with the cap being removed by the Leatherman Tread. The Tread while I still think it is over priced it is however a fantastic bit of kit and gets so much use.

Enjoyable and clean this Brlo Naked ale is a wonderful beer and one I would vey much pick again.

This beer will be given a well-deserved 8.25/10 on the Cooperator edccooperative beer scale.
